1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Primuor’s services (our AI infrastructure, automation systems, websites, or any other related offering), you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you’re using Primuor on behalf of a company or organization, you’re binding them to these Terms as well.

2. Services

Primuor provides AI solutions, automation frameworks, and related digital infrastructure. While we put unreasonable amounts of effort into making them reliable, efficient, and growth-driving, we can’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% perfect performance. (AI isn’t magic, even though it feels like it sometimes.)

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when engaging with us.

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.

  • Don’t attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise mess with our systems.

  • Basically: Don’t be that client.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, logos, and systems created by Primuor remain our property unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. You can’t copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. If you want to use our assets, ask.

5. Payments & Billing

When you purchase a Primuor service, you agree to pay the fees outlined in your agreement or subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Missed payments may result in suspension of services. (Pay on time.. everyone’s happier that way.)

6. Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy (linked separately) explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you also agree to that policy.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We provide our services “as-is.”

  • We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions caused by using (or failing to use) our services.

  • Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse our systems, or otherwise act in bad faith. You can terminate services by stopping usage and fulfilling any outstanding payment obligations.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll post them here. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
